As Director of Global Data and Analytics at People2.0, I’m responsible for how data is designed, connected, and used across the business to support better decisions and real operational outcomes.
I sit between strategy and delivery. My strength is bringing the right people together — data engineers, analysts, automation specialists, and business leaders — and making sure their individual skills work as one. I’m less about owning every detail myself, and more about conducting the whole system so solutions are practical, scalable, and actually used.
I spend a lot of time turning messy, real-world problems into clear data and automation solutions. That includes shaping our global data architecture, improving how analytics are consumed, and removing friction through process automation. I stay close enough to the tools — SQL, Power BI, Power Platform, Alteryx — to design solutions properly, not just talk about them.
I’ve led initiatives across EMEA, North America, and APAC, working closely with Senior and “Shop Floor” stakeholders to make sure data work is focused on outcomes, not outputs. My priority is simple: build things that make the business run better today, while setting us up properly for what’s next.
