Lauren Belfield is Associate Counsel at People2.0, based in the UK. She confidently supports clients with their independent contractor needs across the EMEA region. Since joining People2.0 in June 2017, Lauren began by specialising in UK contractor legislation (IR35) and has since expanded her expertise across EMEA, ensuring accurate and compliant contractor classification. She currently leads multiple teams dedicated to independent contractor solutions.
Known for her responsiveness, strong sense of ownership, and unmatched follow-through, Lauren assumed leadership of People2.0’s AOR services in EMEA. Through a strong focus on organisation and efficiency, she has successfully scaled the service to supporting hundreds of contractors and clients across the region.
