With over 11 years of experience in workforce management and outsourced workforce solutions, Paul specialises in Direct Engagement, Neutral Vendor, workforce supply chain management, outsourced payroll, and workforce technology solutions. He works closely with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners to design and implement workforce models that deliver measurable financial and operational benefits.

If you could eat one type of cuisine for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Spanish cuisine. I’ve visited Spain many times and love the variety of food, from tapas and seafood to regional specialties. It always reminds me of great holidays and time spent with family and friends.

If you could master any skill instantly, what would it be?

The ability to speak and understand multiple foreign languages. I can speak some basic Spanish and French but I’d love to take my language skills to the next level.
